Every home here can have a garage, whether or not the plan came with one. Some have one built in. Others do not, and we add it. One car, two, four, more if you want it, attached or separate.
Ceilings are nine feet on the main floor as standard and can go to ten. Choose ten and you can have extra tall doors to match. Metal roofing is standard, with tar or shingle if you prefer, and the siding is yours to choose.
The Stratton going up on Gilquist Lane right now did not come with a garage. It is getting an attached one car garage anyway.
